Description
This project was a complete renovation of St. Michaels Hospital Surgical Department. The project includes state of the art upgrades, to the layout and M.E.P. (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) systems. The department was reconfigured from eleven operating rooms to ten operating rooms with ample space for new medical equipment, surgeons and surgical staff. Due to budgetary constraints the project has been divided into two separate contracts, Contract I and Contract II. The project was further sub-divided into multiple phases.
