Description
Construction consisted of, but was not limited to, the repair and alteration of existing space including the provisioningof requisite labor and materials for the partial demolition and removal of old carpet and wall covering. In addition we completed painting and finishing, installed lighting and other work necessary to provide the government with a clean, complete, and functional office space for the USMS Fugitive Task Force.

This project included phasing that required the partial demolition, relocation and re-installation from the current USMS location on the 7th floor of the same building. It also involved construction of a ballistic wall surrounding the material.

Phasing for construction was coordinated with GSA and USMS to ensure continued occupancy during construction.
