Description
KPH took part in the management and supervision of the demolition and reconstruction of a 2,500 sq foot United States Federal Judges chambers. This judge's chambers was located within the U.S. Federal Courthouse in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
The demolition of this project included the removal of walls, ceiling and carpet, doors and frames, electrical, plumbing and HVAC. KPH self performed and/or coordinated all of this work as well as the removal of ACM floor mastic, asbestos pipe fittings and lead paint.
The reconstruction of this project included plumbing, electrical, HVAC, framing and drywall, paint and wall covering, carpet and floor tile, custom acoustical ceiling tile, custom millwork and cabinetry, custom wood doors, frames and hardware, and other custom specialties.
