Description
KPH took part in the management and supervision of the demolition and reconstruction of seven steel exterior doors and one steel gate within four openings. The work was performed within the confines of the U.S Federal Courthouse in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

The demolition of this project included: the removal of the existing doors and their respective lead abatement, and the removal of one door frame, window glazing and a steel gate.

The reconstruction of this project included the installation of seven steel doors and one steel gate within four openings to match the existing door style and size dating from the early 1900’s. The reconstruction work included the placement of temporary barricades, door installation, painting, custom gold leaf signage, sandblasting, electrical connections, and following strict security guidelines.
