Description
This project involved removing the floor tile and mastic which contained asbestos fibers, as well as performed demolition to get the areas prepared for the next phase of construction.
The demolition and abatement was combined so that there was a seamless transition from one part of the project to the other. Because Continuum/KPH JV is qualified to do both aspects of this project, two contracts were combined into one, which saved the client time and money prior to construction and during construction.
