Description
Construction includes demolition and removal of basement walls and bwlo grade structural piers to the same level as the existing basement floor at the 4601 State Street parcel. The concrete slab which is the existing basement floor at this property is being broken up and left in place. The cavity remaining above the broken slab is being backfilled with clean fill. Regrading and restoration after demolition is also part of this project.
