Description
Aurora Healthcare Medical Center is the owner of the Kradwell School. Kradwell school is a school for young in-patients at the Milwaukee Psychiatric Hospital. KPH Environmental worked as a subcontractor to Berghammer Construction. The purpose of KPH Environmental was to do testing and sampling in the areas that Berghammer construction would be conduction demolition and renovations. Our goal was to make sure the area would be okay for the renovation to take place without any lead or asbestos.

In total, 300 Ln. Ft. of pipes were removed. Also, 600 sq. ft. of friable absestos material was moved along with 5,000 sq. ft. of nonfriable absestos material.
