Description
The C-store consisted of approximately 1400 sq. feet of sit down coffee shop, restaurant, and pharmacy space to serve the thousands of Rockwell employees. KPH Construction self-performed the asbestos abatement, demolition, and carpentry, along with subcontracting the glazing, acoustical ceiling tile, and painting. KPH worked closely with the MEP and flooring owner contractors in order to complete this fast-tracked project within one month.
