Description: To provide Oak Creek with luxury high quality condo units for potential buyers. This was ground up construction. Full basement with poured concrete walls with brick design pattern to make appear brick like. Crane board vinyl siding was installed with red brick accents and look-out basement windows. KPH Construction was the general contractor that performed rough and finish carpentry, oversaw and Managed the concrete, roofing, siding, masonry, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, carpeting and all interior finishes work.
